Hello dear readers! Today I will tell you how to make DIY trowel from an old two-handed saw.

   An old Soviet-made two-handed saw has very high quality hardened steel, perfect for a trowel. The saw lay idle in grandfather’s attic in the village, no one saws with such saws, everyone switched to gasoline ones, but electric ones, so it waited in the wings, gave her a different life. Cut the canvas to the size:

 

 

 

 

 

The 6 mm rod was bent in a zigzag like this:

   On one side, I cut a thread, on the other, I flattened it a little with a sledgehammer and drilled two holes:

I made a wooden handle from a leg from an old broken table:

On both sides I put on rings cut from the pipe + washers and tightened with a nut:

I sharpened the handle under the rings:

I drilled two holes in the canvas, hardened steel is perfectly drilled with a victorious drill

We drip a drop of machine oil and drill:

And he riveted the canvas to the bar with two nails:
